Why Are Meeting Notes Important?

Why it is important for everyone to enter meeting notes in Navatar?

By centralizing meeting notes, you can identify patterns and trends in your firm’s conversations, see who your colleagues have spoken with, and potentially gain advantages with key people and firms. This is because all meeting notes are searchable. The more notes you input, the more effective your internal research becomes.

Suppose you’re trying to enter the renewables sub-sector. Navatar allows you to conduct internal research to search for every mention of renewables in your database, including meeting notes. It displays all related people, firms, and deals, revealing an existing network surrounding renewables within your organization.
