How Do I Save My Search Into a Workspace?

How do I save the search into a workspace?

Creating a theme from a Research tool search allows you to save your search as a collaborative workspace for managing a sector or initiative. To create a new theme, click “Create Theme” on the top right of the search results page. Name the theme and, using the “advanced” button, specify which record types to include.

Can I sort information in the workspace?

On the Theme page, you can sort information in each section by various fields. Check the “sorted by” line on the top left to know the current field, as shown below. Click on the field name and select a new one to change the sorting.

Can I add to or subtract from the workspace over time?

After creating a Theme, you can add or remove records as needed by using the “+” and “-” buttons located in the top right of each category section. If you make any changes to the theme, all users on the Theme Team will receive a notification.

Why is it important to save a search into a workspace?
